Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Timba (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. The Service

Timba provides a Nash-equilibrium solver for No Limit Hold'em poker and related APIs. The Service is in beta; features, pricing, and availability may change without notice while we're iterating.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for any activity under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis by Stripe. Promotional pricing applies to the first invoice only; subsequent invoices are billed at the full monthly rate shown at checkout. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal — access continues through the end of the current billing period.

5. Refunds

Beta subscriptions are refundable at our discretion within seven days of first payment. Email support for refund requests. After cancellation, you can resubscribe at full price.

6. Acceptable use

Don't abuse, reverse-engineer, or resell the Service. Don't attempt to bypass rate limits or usage quotas. Don't use the Service for illegal poker operations where prohibited by law.

7. Beta disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" during beta. Solver outputs are numerical approximations and should be validated against your own judgment. We make no guarantees of fitness for high-stakes play.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Timba's liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We'll notify you of material changes to these Terms via email. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
