Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you create an account, we collect the email address and name provided to Clerk (our authentication provider). When you subscribe, Stripe processes your payment details — we never see your card number; we only store the Stripe customer id and subscription status.

When you use the solver, we store your usage counters (how many solves you've run) against your account id. We do not store the board, pot, or strategy output of individual solves.

Cookies

We use a session cookie from Clerk to keep you signed in. We don't use third-party ad trackers.

Sub-processors

We rely on:
• Clerk for authentication
• Stripe for billing

Data retention

Account and billing data is retained for the lifetime of your subscription plus 90 days. You can request earlier deletion by emailing support.

Your rights

You can export or delete your data at any time. Email hello@timba.sh and we'll respond within seven days.

Changes

We'll notify you of material changes to this Policy by email. Minor clarifications are updated in place with a new "last updated" date.
